These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hj77 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your use of the hj77 website located at https://hj77.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional materials (collectively, "the Services"). hj77 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees. hj77 is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the deposit or withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests are processed by the hj77 finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, Sunday through Thursday.

hj77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional page and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus wallet and are distinct from real-money cash funds. Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly. Bonus funds become withdrawable cash only after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered across eligible games before conversion to cash is permitted.

All intellectual property on the hj77 website, including but not limited to the hj77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, and betting data, remains the exclusive property of the Company.

You may request the closure of your hj77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, hj77 will verify your identity and process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your most recently used payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

hj77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.

Where hj77 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, hj77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. If no material breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of the investigation's conclusion.

The hj77 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hj77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. hj77 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall hj77, its directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if hj77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hj77's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their hj77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of hj77 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hj77 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
